Frequently Asked Questions

Does the visitor know they are being redirected based on their rating?
No. Logic is invisible to him—he just thinks about leaving a review. Legally that's okay because you aren't fabricating false reviews, you are just directing people to the right platform.
Difference between standalone and attached?
Standalone includes its own Dynamic QR Code. You print this QR on your receipts/flyers. Attached (59) No QR - you are using a QR slot or a Showcase that you already have.
I am an Annual Showcase customer – do I get Avis attached for free?
Yes, automatically. A Reviews page is assigned to you, which can be accessed from a button on your Showcase. Economics 59 CHF.
What external platforms can I choose from?
Google Reviews (most common), Trustpilot, Yellow Pages Switzerland, or any external URL (your TripAdvisor page, your own form...).
How many reviews can I collect?
Unlimited validity for your campaign (12 months).
What if I want all reviews to go to Google?
Configure the threshold to 1★. All reviews will be redirected to Google without filtering.
Does Avis work on lotteries/wheels?
No — on these modules, the email is already collected during registration, so a Reviews layer would be redundant.
What does no branding bring?
Powered by PlayQR » is removed from the public rating page.
Solidarity rate combinable with "Sans Branding"?
No.
